Koriana enters the ship, and sits down on the couch, looking utterly frustrated.
"Why that...stuck-up, half-witted, scruffy looking..."

"I do not hope that you are talking to me....." Keith enters the room and leans against the door frame, crossing his arms. ".... Alkara."

She looks up at him, darkly.
"My name's not Alkara. It's Koriana. And no, I was talking about that Fallen jedi wannabe who just left the place..."

"What name was given to you at your birth? Alkara or Koriana?" Keith looks calmly at her. "Arnau? He's always been like that, I guess.... He reminds me of someone."

"Koriana's my birthname...the Jedi gave me another one when I was brought to the temple" She looks at him briefly, before turning her gaze to her hands.
"And I don't want a Jedi name"

Keith moves to sit down beside her. His hands rests itself in the back of her neck. "I like Koriana better. Alkara sounds too soft."

Koriana smiles faintly.
"It gets better. They kindly gave me the last name of Suati...what kind of name is that?" She shakes her head slightly, smiling a bit.
"I left that name behind when I left the temple"

"I can understand that..." Keith makes a face. "Why did they even give you another name?"

"According to the secret file I..." She smiles smugly " 'found', my wealthy family wouldn't want me to come running back if I didn't want to be a jedi anyway. So, they would only give me up, if my name was changed"

"That's some loving family, you have.... had...." Keith shakes his head with a grin. "So.. you just 'found' that file by accident in the Archives?"

"Well, yes...totally by accident?" She shoots him an innocent smile - something quite unusual for Koriana.

"Yeah, right.... I bet you didn't bother to ask Master Syll'kann for permission, Kori...." Keith tickles her underneath her chin with one finger.

"are you required to ask for permission to...go through the files of the archive?" She looks at him innocently.
"I guess I was never told about that rule..."

"Oh, Master Syll'kann would be thrilled, if he knew that you have been snooping around in his Archives, Kori...." Keith leans closer and kisses her ear. "He's as touchy about those Archives as a Hutt about its dinner."

"Well, I guess I should be glad he'll probably never know, huh?" She smiles widely, a tickling feeling running down her spine, as he kisses her ear.
"And if he does, I'll just have to live with that..."

"Relax, you know Master Syll'kann.... He would probably say that you had a good reason or something...." Keith kisses her underneath her ear.

"And then lead me to the appropriate section and help me find what I was looking for" She grins.
"But well, it was a secret file. I was able to access it myself, anyways..."

"Yeah, I can imagine him doing that..." Keith chuckles a bit. "Funny, if I were to miss one person from the Temple, it would be Master Syll'kann." He shrugs and looks at her. "So, if it was a secret file, how did you access it?"

|

"I paid someone to do it for me" She shrugs.
"When I had been looking through the files at the temple, I noticed there was a section with my name that I couldn't access. And I wanted to know why"

Keith smiles. "Clever thinking, Kori...." he says. "So, did you get any more interesting information?"

"not much" she admits with a shrug "but there were a lot of entries with them doubting if it was wise to let me continue my training"

"Their doubts seemed to pay off...." Keith says. "I can't imagine you in an offwhite tunic."

Koriana grimaces.
"I hated tunics...seriously. Hated tunics..."

|

"They tend to scratch quite a bit..." Keith smiles wrily. "There is a reason why I don't wear tunics anymore."

|
|
Post by Koriana Letzt on Sept 28, 2009 17:05:04 GMT 1
"well, I do hear the scratching depends on the fabrics chosen" Koriana looks at him with a grin.
"Though I do have a hard time imagining you in a tunic"

"I looked cute, I can assure you." Keith sends her one of his charming grins. "Though I figure that you'd much rather imagine me without a tunic."

"Don't be stupid" Koriana shakes her head - but doesn't contradict him. Not at first, at least.
"Maybe I like men who wear tunics?"

|
|
Post by Keith Flare on Sept 28, 2009 17:42:23 GMT 1
"Well, if you did, what didn't you stay in the Order in the first place??" Keith blinks at her. "You want me to wear a tunic instead of my shirt?"
|
|
|

Koriana coughs, once, seemingly a bit surprised by his words.
"I left the order because I wasn't meant to be a jedi. And because I killed a fellow student...couldn't really stay there after that, no matter how much I might like men dressed in tunics"
And somehow she avoided the question.

Keith leans closer to her. "You didn't answer my question, Kori." He rests a hand on her cheek and smiles broadly at her.
