Kalen lounged in the corner of the bar, running his finger around the rim of his drink. It was a cheap local brew that he had to settle on because the bar didn't carry Corellian beer. It wasn't particularly good and Kalen wished that his contact would arrive so he could get out of this joint. He wasn't particularly fond of Coruscant; he nearly got in real trouble for messing around with that Senator's daughter a year earlier and had just gotten away by the skin of his teeth. He didn't really want to stick around but supposedly this was going to be a good paying job, something that he desperately needed.
Kalen was so preoccupied with his thoughts that he almost didn't realize someone had stopped at his table. It wasn't his contact unfortunately. "Can I help you, stranger?" he queried.

"You might" The Weequay standing above him replies.
"You just might"

Kalen cocked an eyebrow at the Weequay's cryptic reply. "Well, sit down and grab yourself a drink," he offered. He propped his feet up on the legs of the chair as if he was lounging comfortably. In reality he was bringing the gun hidden in his right boot into a better position to be drawn if things got ugly. He was uneasy with this new development. As far as he knew there wasn't a big enough price on his head to warrant him being searched out by a bounty hunter but Kalen would rather be overly cautious than caught off guard.
"So friend," he emphasized the word in a mocking tone. "What's the nature of the business you'd like to discuss?"

"I need someone to do a job for me. A dangerous one" The Weequay lowers his voice as he sits down, waving at the bartender to bring him something - apparently he's well known around here
"In fact, I need a pilot. I was told I could find one here"

Kalen bit his lip thoughtfully. "I am a pilot." He conceded slowly. "And I'm in need of a job. However, I'm not one to rush into anything blindly. I need details. Danger is not a problem as long as I'm well informed. So leave nothing out." He paused, taking a sip from his drink. "Oh, and also - I don't do slave jobs. Cargo's fine and I do have some hidden pockets here and there on my ship if we are talking about something you wouldn't want some authorities finding on an inspection. But no slaves."

"No, no slaves" The Weequay grins and nods a thank you at the bartender, as he brings him the drink.
"Passangers. Two of them. Going to somewhere most people would consider....unpleasant"

Kalen nodded slowly. "Still waiting for those details. Where exactly are we talking? Am I hiding them from someone?"

"You can say that, I suppose" The Weequay nods slowly, a dark smile on his lips
"They work with the Fallen Jedi, if that rings a bell to you"
